The German Finance Minister, Olaf Schulz, said
The German government is working to provide the required liquidity to the market continuously. He explained that the German economic policies are strong and can face the current crisis.
As stated by the French Minister of Finance, Mr. Lumiere
Europe needs a fiscal stimulus plan, and this will be discussed at the Eurogroup meeting this month, and French GDP is expected to drop by 1%.
He also noted that Europe must have good plans and greater cooperation to deal with the Corona crisis
As Paul Donovan, chief economist of UPS, stated
The oil price war can now transfer wealth from producers to consumers, and it is consumers who benefit from these crises.
